Meli Honey Glazed Ham
Ingredients:
- 1 small boneless ham (about 1-1.5 kg)
- 3 tbsp Meli Honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
- Assorted fruits (apples, pears, grapes)
- Crackers or bread (for serving)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ham: - Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the ham on a roasting rack in a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Meli Honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, ground cloves, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt and pepper to create the glaze.

- Glaze the Ham: - Brush the glaze generously over the ham, coating it evenly. Reserve some of the glaze for later basting.
- Place the ham in the preheated oven and bake for 1-1.5 hours, basting every 20-30 minutes with the remaining glaze, until the ham is golden and caramelized.

- Prepare the Platter: - Once the ham is cooked, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
- While the ham is resting, arrange assorted fruits like apples, pears, and grapes around the edge of a large serving platter. Add crackers or slices of bread for pairing.

- Serve: - Slice the glazed ham and arrange the slices on the platter. Garnish with fresh rosemary for an aromatic touch.
