Garlic Prawns Marinated in Meli Honey
Ingredients:
- 500g prawns (peeled and deveined) 
- 2 tbsp Meli Honey 
- 2 tbsp olive oil 
- 4 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional) 
- Salt and pepper, to taste 
- Fresh parsley (for garnish) 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade: - In a bowl, combine Meli Honey, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir well to create the marinade. 
 
- Marinate the Prawns: - Add the prawns to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Let the prawns marinate in the fridge for at least 20-30 minutes (or longer for more flavour). 
 
- Cook the Prawns: - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated prawns to the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the prawns are pink and opaque. Be careful not to overcook them. 
 
- Garnish and Serve: - Once the prawns are cooked, remove from the heat and garnish with freshly chopped pars.
