Berry Cinnamon Smoothie
Berry Cinnamon Smoothie with Meli Honey
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or any of your choice) 
- 1/2 banana (for creaminess) 
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
- 1 tbsp Meli Honey 
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for added creaminess) 
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie) 
Instructions:
- Blend the Smoothie: - In a blender, combine the mixed berries, banana, almond milk, ground cinnamon, and Greek yogurt (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie. 
 
- Sweeten with Meli Honey: - Add the Meli Honey to the smoothie and blend again until well incorporated. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey if desired. 
 
- Serve: - Pour the smoothie into a glass and garnish with a few extra berries or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
