Meli Honey Platter
Ingredients:
- Assorted cold cuts (prosciutto, salami, smoked turkey, or your choice) 
- Assorted cheeses (such as brie, feta, havarti etc.) 
- 2 tbsp Meli Honey 
- Fresh figs (halved) 
- Assorted crackers or crostini 
- Olives (green, black, or mixed) 
- Fresh fruit (grapes, berries, or apple slices) 
- Dips (such as hummus, tzatziki, or olive tapenade) 
Instructions:
- Prepare the Platter: - On a large serving board or platter, begin by arranging the assorted cold meats in one section. Fold or roll them to create a visually appealing display. 
- In separate areas, arrange the cheeses. You can cut some into wedges or cubes and leave others whole for a more rustic look. 
- Add fresh figs, cut in half, and scatter them around the platter. 
 
- Add the Accompaniments: - Place crackers or crostini around the platter, creating space for dipping and pairing with meats and cheeses. 
- Add a variety of olives, creating little clusters of green, black, or mixed varieties. 
- Include small bowls of your chosen dips (hummus, tzatziki, or tapenade) for extra flavour. 
 
- Drizzle with Meli Honey: - Once your platter is arranged, drizzle the Meli Honey generously over the cheeses and meats, allowing the sweetness to combine with the savoury elements. 
 
- Garnish and Serve: - Garnish the platter with fresh fruit, such as grapes, berries, or apple slices, to add colour and freshness. 
- Optionally, add a few sprigs of fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme for extra flair.
